The path
Send an idea, drawing or sample. We assess manufacturability, capacity, weight and decoration intent, and flag anything that needs design adjustment.
Our desk produces 2D/3D CAD — or reverse-engineers it from your sample — with capacity, fill-height and emboss-depth calculation and a design-for-manufacture review.
The mould is cut in Firozabad's tooling ecosystem; first off-tool samples are couriered with a dimensional report against your drawing in 25–35 days.
You approve; both sides retain sealed samples. The QC plan is signed — tolerances, AQL classes, decoration criteria — governing all future production.
A pilot lot validates cavity consistency before bulk. Your mould stays secured at Glastic for reorders that match the sealed sample.

25–35 days from approved CAD to first physical samples, then a sealed sample and pilot lot before bulk. First bulk container typically ships 60–80 days from order.
Design and CAD are quoted with the mould as part of the development package; reverse-engineering from a sample is included in the program.
You do, when you fund it — moulds are buyer-owned, held securely at Glastic, used only for your orders and releasable on request under NDA.
