Process · Section PR-01
Six controlled stages take silica sand to a sealed export container. Every stage has a checkpoint; every checkpoint leaves evidence.

Silica sand, soda ash, limestone and controlled cullet ratios are weighed to recipe. Batch consistency is where colour and clarity are won — flint, amber or green to specification.
Continuous furnaces melt and refine the batch, eliminating seeds and cords. Temperature discipline here determines the optical quality of every article downstream.
Molten gobs are delivered to precision moulds. Tumblers and heavy-base articles press; hollow-ware press-and-blows. Mould temperature control keeps weight and capacity inside tolerance bands.
Articles travel through annealing lehrs on a controlled cooling curve that removes internal stress. We verify with polariscope checks — stressed glass fails in service, so it never leaves the lehr unverified.
In-mould embossing comes free with the forming; frosting, screen print, decals and colour spray are applied post-anneal and adhesion-tested for dishwasher and commercial-wash conditions.
100% visual inspection plus dimensional sampling per lot, then packing to your agreed carton structure, palletisation if specified, and supervised container stuffing with photo/video evidence.
