A written QC plan is signed before production: dimensional tolerances, AQL defect classes, decoration criteria. Every lot ships with photo/video QC evidence; failed lots are re-sorted or remade at our cost.

Yes — soda-lime glass is inert; decorated ware uses lead/cadmium-controlled inks with accredited lab migration reports available for FDA, EU and Prop 65 expectations.

Always — SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV or your own team, during production or pre-shipment. Dispatch holds until the report clears.
