Drinking glassware enters under HTS 7013 with rates that vary by article value band, plus any prevailing trade measures. Rates change — we confirm the current HTS line and total landed duty in every USA quote, and provide a landed-cost worksheet per SKU.
Plain soda-lime glass is inert and not subject to FDA pre-approval. For decorated ware we use lead- and cadmium-controlled inks and supply accredited lab migration reports covering FDA and California Prop 65 expectations.
