When a catalogue shape won't do, Glastic develops glassware to your own design. As a custom and OEM glassware manufacturer in India, we work natively from your CAD files or reverse-engineer them from a sample, cut a buyer-owned mould in Firozabad's tooling ecosystem, and govern every future lot against a sealed sample and written QC plan.
Private-label buyers get our catalogue shapes finished under their brand; OEM buyers get a unique glass from their own mould. Both ship under your brand with your artwork on every carton, and both are protected by an NDA signed before drawings are exchanged.
Range
Our engineering desk works in 2D and 3D CAD, handling capacity and fill-height calculation, draft and distribution review, emboss-depth engineering and GPI closure finishes for jars. New moulds reach first physical samples in 25–35 days, followed by a sealed sample and a pilot lot before bulk production begins.
OEM moulds are buyer-owned assets, held securely at Glastic and used exclusively for your orders. The sealed sample and signed QC plan govern every reorder, so the glass that lands in year three matches the one you approved in year one.
Private-label programs use our catalogue shapes with your decoration, branded retail packaging and barcodes. Custom OEM programs add in-mould embossing and full decoration. Both are packed to your case structure and shipped FOB or CIF with a clean document set.
Every project runs through one accountable export desk — one owner, one QC plan, one document set — with pre-shipment inspection available from SGS or Bureau Veritas.
