The system

Acceptance is agreed before the furnace runs.

Most supplier disputes are really specification disputes. We remove them by writing the QC plan first — then production simply has to match it.

Dimensional control

Height, diameter, brimful capacity and weight sampled per lot against agreed tolerance bands.

Defect classification

Critical / major / minor defect classes (cords, stones, blisters, chips, finish faults) with AQL limits per class.

Polariscope checks post-lehr and thermal-shock sampling for service durability in commercial use.

Quality FAQ

Asked by every serious buyer.

What quality standard do you inspect to?

Every export lot is produced against a written QC plan agreed before production — tolerance bands for height, diameter, capacity and weight, an AQL sampling plan for defects, and decoration adhesion criteria. The plan is signed before the furnace runs.

Can we appoint SGS or Bureau Veritas for inspection?

Yes. We schedule SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV or your own QC team for during-production or pre-shipment inspection on request, and we hold dispatch until the report clears.

Is your glassware food-contact safe?

Yes — soda-lime glass is inert and food-contact safe. For decorated articles we control heavy-metal limits in inks and can supply migration test reports from accredited labs for regulated markets.

What happens if a lot fails inspection?

It doesn't ship. Failed lots are 100% re-sorted or remade at our cost — the QC plan defines acceptance before production precisely so there is no negotiation afterwards.
