Forming — press and press-and-blow production of tumblers, barware, jars and container glass.
Annealing — lehr-controlled cooling with polariscope stress verification.
Decoration — embossing in-mould; frosting, screen print, decal and spray via in-house and qualified partner lines.
Inspection & packing — 100% visual inspection, dimensional sampling, export carton packing and container stuffing under supervision.

Can we visit the factory before placing an order?

Yes — buyers and their QC teams are welcome by appointment. Firozabad is about 3 hours from Agra (and the Taj Mahal); we arrange pickup, a full floor walkthrough and a working session with the export desk.

Do you manufacture everything in-house?

Our press line and quality organisation are in-house. For capacity surges and specialised decoration we use qualified Firozabad partner units — always under Glastic's written QC plan, our inspectors and our commercial accountability.
